The return window starts on the day your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused, undamaged, and preferably in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation is sufficient)

Make sure to keep your shipping receipt and tracking information. If you are unable to provide proof of shipment and your return is lost, we cannot be held responsible and unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
- Your order is incomplete
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product first.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.
